Our Team

The operators behind Landmark's Minnesota portfolio.

Co-Founder | President

Elizabeth Lee

Elizabeth Lee is the founding member of The Wall Companies’ acquisitions platform and has spent more than two decades acquiring, managing, and creating value through commercial real estate investments across the Twin Cities suburban area. Since joining the company in 2001, she has led the acquisition of more than $100 million in commercial real estate on behalf of the family office and in partnership with private investors.

Liz oversees the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, underwriting, financing, acquisitions, and asset management. While her experience has been rooted in value-add investing, she takes an opportunity-driven approach that adapts to evolving market conditions. Her transaction experience ranges from $1 million to $45 million, with current holdings concentrated in multifamily and retail properties and an ongoing interest in opportunities across all commercial real estate asset classes.

Liz serves on the boards of Highland Bank and Human Capital Partners, and chairs the Alice and Fred Wall Family Foundation. Previous board positions include Sun Country Airlines and Dodge Nature Center. She is a graduate of Boston College and co-founded Landmark Asset Management with Stuart Simek.
