The Roseville Shoppes are located on the highway 36 service road less than a mile away from both highway 36 and interstate 35W where traffic counts are over 80,00 vehicles per day. Also in the area is the Rosedale Square, Crossroads of Roseville, Rosedale Commons and the Rosedale Center which consist of over 160 stores. Other major retail stores in the nearby area include, LA Fitness, Golf Galaxy, Home Furniture, Goodwill, Walmart, Aldi, Starbucks, Wendy’s, Taco Bell and many more. Roseville is a city in Ramsey County, Minnesota, just north of Saint Paul and east of Minneapolis that consists of a population of over 33,600 people. It is one of two Twin Cities suburbs that are adjacent to both Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Roseville’s property taxes are some of the lowest in the Twin Cities metropolitan area, owning in part to the extensive commercially zoned land. As said above there are several major shopping centers in the nearby area. The Rosedale Center commonly known as Rosedale, is a large mall that is surrounded by suburbs and close to major highways and boasts 12 million visitors a year. The Mall’s major anchors are JC Penny, Von Maur, AMC Theatres and Macy’s. The Como Park Zoo is located just a short drive to St. Paul MN. Both the park and zoo are owned by the City of Saint Paul and are a division of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation. It’s attractions include the zoo, the conservatory, an amusement park, a carousel, Lake como, a golf course, a pool and more. The Park receives more than 1.9 million visitors annually. Another great attraction in the area is the Bell Museum formerly known as the “James Ford Bell Museum of Natural History” and is located at the University of Minnesota. A short distance from Roseville is downtown Minneapolis, which consists of some high-density residential areas surrounding it. Some of the large business based corporate headquarters include Target, US Bank and many more.
