Carousel Flats is a 33-unit mid-century brownstone-style building near the Snelling and Larpenteur intersection in Falcon Heights, on the A Line rapid-transit corridor about a mile from the University of Minnesota’s St. Paul campus. Common areas have been remodeled, with energy-efficient window replacement and further updates underway.
