The Roseville Shoppes is a 15,632-square-foot retail center on the Highway 36 service road, less than a mile from both Highway 36 and Interstate 35W, where traffic counts exceed 80,000 vehicles per day. The surrounding retail corridor includes Rosedale Square, Crossroads of Roseville, Rosedale Commons, and Rosedale Center, which together comprise more than 160 stores. Other major retailers nearby include LA Fitness, Golf Galaxy, Goodwill, Walmart, Aldi, Starbucks, Wendy’s, and Taco Bell.
Roseville is a city of more than 33,600 residents in Ramsey County, Minnesota, and one of only two Twin Cities suburbs adjacent to both Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
